TCC-1027 is a high-performance silicone-based softener made from specially modified silicone oil and hydrophilic polyether segments. The product combines softness, elasticity, and a smooth tactile feel while possessing functions to “suppress film formation,reduce silicone residue, and improve silicone spots.” It effectively addresses issues associated with traditional silicone oils, such as accumulation, difficulty in washing, and resulting uneven hand feel or localized dullness. It is suitable for post-processing of T/C, CVC,synthetic fibers, blended fabrics, towel fabrics, and microfiber plush fabrics.
