V-13 is a reactive linear difunctional silicone pre-polymer containing terminal (terminal end) groups similar to hydroxyl (OR groups) and silanol groups at the α, ω-positions.

Due to the silane groups, it can undergo condensation reactions either by itself or with alkyl-functional silanes.
