PH-20 is a phenyl-modified silicone that differs from traditional

dimethyl silicone. It is widely used as a release agent for rubber and

plastics, as well as in dyeing, oil additives, and for achieving flatness

in inks and paints.

PH-20 is soluble in water and miscible with various organic solvents.

It offers excellent re-coatability, allowing direct painting or coating

of treated rubber, plastic, or metal surfaces without additional

cleaning. Additionally, it has great temperature resistance and gloss,

suitable for low melting point alloys and PU release applications

without further surface treatment.
